Vicki Rae Londquist, 69, of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, passed away Wednesday, Dec. 5, 2018, surrounded by her loving family. Visitation: 3 to 6 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 9, at Murdoch-Linwood Funeral Home & Cremation Service, Cedar Rapids. Funeral Service: 10:30 a.m. Monday, Dec. 10, at the funeral home. Private family burial: Linwood Cemetery, Cedar Rapids.
Vicki was born March 13, 1949, in Waverly, Iowa, the daughter of Leroy and DelReice (Swope) Van Winkle. She married Tom Londquist on Oct. 7, 1967, in Fairfield, Iowa. Vicki was a homemaker and self-employed interior designer. She also was a member of the Sirens Club. Vicki cherished her time with her family and friends at Lake of the Ozarks. She also loved to spend her winters in Florida.
Vicki is survived by her husband of 51 years, Tom Londquist of Cedar Rapids; mother and father, DelReice and Leroy "Rip" Van Winkle of Marion, Iowa; children, Eric (Andi) Londquist of Cedar Rapids, Scott (Amy) Londquist of Cedar Rapids and Trent (Molly) Londquist of Kanas City, Mo.; grandchildren, Grace, Graydon, Wynston, Lilly, Kenneth, Taylor, Payton and Raelyn; siblings, Michele Williams, Randy (Lois) Van Winkle, John (Diane) Van Winkle, Jim (Brenda) Van Winkle and Craig (Cherry) Van Winkle; numerous nieces and nephews, and brother-in-law, Jerry (Saundra) Londquist.
She was preceded in death by her sister-in-law, Nancy Londquist.
Memorial donations may be sent to the donor's favorite charity in Vicki's name.
