Parrett, Inara AnnMarie
Inara AnnMarie Parrett, 16 months, died Friday, June 17, 2011, in Lee County, Ill., in an auto accident. Funeral services will be 1 p.m. Friday, June 24, at Van Steenhuyse-Russell Funeral Home in Vinton, with Marla King officiating. Burial will be at Oakwood Cemetery, Shellsburg. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 tonight at the funeral home.
Inara was born Feb. 10, 2010, in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, the daughter of John Parrett and Elizabeth Johnson. Her family lived in Shellsburg.
She is survived by her mother, Elizabeth; her grandmothers, Teresa Bowdel and Linda Metcalf, all of Shellsburg; her maternal great-grandparents, Jack and Phyllis Bowdel of Roanoke, Va.; and many other family, friends and loved ones.
She was accompanied in death by her father, John Parrett, and grandmother, Kimberly Gregorich.
A memorial fund has been established.
