FRANK OHLSEN

Frank William Ohlsen, 68, died Friday, Aug. 28, 2015, at St. Luke's Hospital in Cedar Rapids following an extended illness. Funeral services will be 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, Sept. 1, at Wesley United Methodist Church,
with the Rev. Dr. Judith Bunyi officiating. Following lunch at the church, burial with military rites will be in Dysart Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4 to 7 p.m. Monday, Aug. 31, at Van Steenhuyse-Russell Funeral Home in Vinton.
Frank is survived by his mother, Eva of Vinton; wife, Judy of Vinton; sons, John (Ev) Ohlsen of Kellogg and Jeff (Shelley) Peters of Dysart; eight grandchildren, Chris, John, Aaron, Tawny, Luke, Haley, Nic and Lauren; and one great-grand-daughter, Addie.
He was preceded in death by his father, John.
A memorial fund has been established.
