Trump to hold Cedar Rapids rally June 1
Last October, aspiring presidential candidate Donald Trump made a visit to Cedar Rapids right before his victory that counted, in part, on the help of swing states like Iowa turning Republican red.
It appears it is time for a return visit.
According to a media release from the president's press office President Donald J. Trump will appear at the DoubleTree By Hilton Cedar Rapids Convention Complex in Cedar Rapids on Thursday, June 1 at 7:00 p.m.
Iowa will be popular with the executive branch next week, as Vice President Mike Pence will be appearing at Senator Joni Ernst's ‘Roast and Ride' fundraising event on June 3.
