Dostal, Erwin Ernest
Erwin Ernest Dostal, 88, of Clinton, formerly of Toledo, passed away Sept. 10, 2013, at Alverno Care Center in Clinton. Mass of Christian Burial will be 11 a.m. Monday, Sept. 16, at St. Patrick Catholic Church in Tama, with Father Michael Mescher as celebrant. Interment will follow at St. Wenceslaus Cemetery, rural Clutier. Visitation will be Monday from 10 a.m. until time of service at the church.
Erwin is survived by his loving wife, Roberta of Clinton; two daughters, Angela Dostal of Clinton and Stephanie (Paul) Gibson of Charlotte, N.C.; seven grandchildren, Jennifer (Dale) Kasterke, Amanda (Curt) Herbig, Joseph Kunch, Sean, Zachary and Brady Gibson and Diana Chrisman; six great-grandchildren, Alex, Michael, Mykenzie, Dawson, Rylan and Kaden; one great-great-grandson, Eli; and one nephew, Dennis Dostal.
Kruse-Phillips Funeral Home, Tama-Toledo, is assisting the family with arrangements.
