Heath, Shirley J.
Shirley J. Heath, 82, of Fairfax, formerly of Marengo, died Sunday, Feb. 21, 2010, at her home following a brief illness. Funeral Services: 10:30 a.m. Friday at First United Methodist Church in Marengo, with the Rev. Katie Z. Dawson officiating. Burial: Marengo Cemetery. Visitation: 4 to 7 p.m. Thursday at Kloster Funeral Home in Marengo.
Memorials may be contributed to the First United Methodist Church, Marengo.
Shirley is survived by her loving husband of 62 years and best friend, Gerald; a son, David (Patty) of Wylie, Texas; two daughters, Cynthia Hubble (Charles) of Cedar Rapids, and Sherri Johnson (Martin) of Traer; four grandchildren, Joel Nelson, Arianne Johnson, Ashley Heath, and Brooke Johnson; and a great-grandson, Alexander Nelson.
She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother, Richard Denzler.
