Bernice loved the Lord and shared this love with others. She loved to tell others that Jesus died for them and salvation comes by believing in the Lord Jesus Christ. Bernice would tell you, "For God so loved the world that He gave His one and only Son, that whosoever believes in Him shall not perish but have eternal life." John 3:16. "For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith-and this not from yourselves, it is the gift of God-not by works, so that no one can boast" Eph. 2:8-9. "I give them eternal life, and they shall never perish; no one can snatch them out of my hand." John 10:28. "But God demonstrates His own love for us in this, While we were still sinners, Christ died for us" Rom 5:8.
