Khoa Dang Nguyen, 67, of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, passed away Friday, Feb. 2, 2018, at his home in Cedar Rapids. Visitation will be held from 4 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 6, at The Legacy Center at Murdoch-Linwood, Cedar Rapids.
Khoa was born June 10, 1950, in Saigon, Vietnam, the son of Long V. Nguyen and Oi T. Dang. He married Ngocdung Tran. He graduated from the University of Agriculture and Forestry, Vietnam, and was an agricultural instructor.
Khoa is survived by his wife, Ngocdung; his daughter, Linh (Phong) Nguyen; and granddaughters, Vanessa and Alyssa Nguyen.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
