Clark, Norita
Norita Clark, 84, of Charles City, died Sunday, Jan. 8, 2012, at the Floyd County Medical Center, Charles City. Memorial services will be held at a later date.
Norita Anna Clark was born May 14, 1927, in rural Ionia, daughter of Leo and Mary (Brown) Testroet. She attended St. Boniface Catholic School, Ionia. On Oct. 24, 1949, she was united in marriage to Robert Clark at Galena, Ill. They lived in Cedar Rapids and Norita worked at Wilson and Co. Meat Packing Plant, retiring after 28 years. Norita moved to Charles City and worked as a certified nursing assistant.
Survivors include four children, Jim (Yvonne) Bottema of La Porte City, Relia LaGrou of Charles City, Brian Clark of Mason City, and Jackie (John Ingle) Dunlap of Marble Rock; eight grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and two great-great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband in 1974.
