MARK AUMAN

Mark Auman, 61, of Cedar Rapids, died at his home after a long illness on Thursday, Sept. 3, 2015. Services: 10 a.m. Tuesday, Sept. 8, at Murdoch-Linwood Funeral Home & Cremation Service, Cedar Rapids. Visitation: 1 to 4 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 6. Burial: Shueyville Cemetery.
Survivors include his wife, Christina Auman; daughter, Jessica Reilly; son, Jeremy Auman; parents, Robert and June Auman; siblings, David Auman, Beverly (Larry) Thole and Karen Simmons; and many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his brother, Gary Auman.
Mark was born June 16, 1954, in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, son of Robert and June (Kauffman) Auman. He graduated from College Community High School in Cedar Rapids. Mark married Christina Reilly on Aug. 9, 1986, in Cedar Rapids. He worked at Cryovac as a machine operator for 30 years.
Mark enjoyed going to garage sales and flea markets.
A memorial fund has been established.
