Last week, Sens. Chuck Grassley, R-Iowa, and Dick Durbin, D-Ill., introduced a bill that would reduce federal mandatory minimum sentences for certain drug offenders and give judges more discretion in sentences for those convicted of low-level drug crimes. Do you agree with this proposal?
