Ulysses Theodore Quinn was born March 1, 2014, living for a brief time before passing away the same day. He will be treasured forever by his parents, Clara and Ryan Quinn, and by his brother, Jacob.
The entire family wishes to thank the staff at Mercy Medical Center and St. Luke's Hospital in Cedar Rapids for the tender care and love they gave Uly.
There will not be a public service and the parents request all gifts be made by donation to www.waypointservices.org, an organization dedicated to providing support and resources for women, children and families.
