Vicki Sue Bahr, 43, of Swisher, died Thursday, May 21, 2015 at her home. Funeral services; 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, May 27, Clover Ridge United Methodist Church, Walford, with the Rev. Mike Townsley officiating. Burial will be in Hala Cemetery, rural Walford. Visitation: after 9:30 a.m. Wednesday, May 27, at the church. Memorials may be contributed to Camp Courageous in her name. Kloster Funeral Home, Marengo, is in charge of arrangements.
Vicki is survived by her mother, Grace "Pat" Bahr of Swisher; two brothers, Ricky Bahr (Karen) of Marengo, and Kevin Bahr (Sherri Gillick) of Swisher; along with nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles.
She was preceded in death by her father, Orville; and a brother, Randy; as well as grandparents, Dale and Irene Bahr.
Vicki Sue Bahr was born March 14, 1972, in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, the daughter of Orville Dale and Grace Koch Bahr. She received her education in the Prairie Schools (College Community), graduating in 1993. Vicki worked for 12 years at Goodwill as a clerk. She liked to sing, dance, color, go camping and watch movies.
She loved many different foods but was especially fond of KFC at Sunday family dinners. Vicki looked forward to and cherished time spent with family.
