Henry, Jean V.
Jean V. Henry, 89, of Brooklyn, died Tuesday, Jan. 10, 2012, at the Grinnell Regional Hospital. Funeral services: 10:30 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 14, at Grace United Methodist Church, Brooklyn, with the Rev. John Dodds officiating. Visitation: 4 to 7 p.m. Friday at Kloster Funeral Home, Brooklyn. Inurnment will be in Brooklyn Memorial Cemetery at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials be directed to Grace United Methodist Church, Brooklyn, or the Grinnell Regional Hospice.
Jean is survived by her children, Jane Cline and husband George of Brooklyn and Steven Henry (Shelley) of Gilman, Iowa; four grandchildren, Greg and Seth Cline of Brooklyn, Eric Henry of Marengo and Brittany Henry of Cedar Rapids; and four great-grandchildren, McKinnah Mitchell, and Dylan, Bryce and Ryan Henry.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Paul in 1993; three brothers, Delbert, Kenneth, and Wayne; and a sister, Frances.
