I support Joni Ernst for the U.S. Senate because I believe she understands the importance of local decision making and will work to create a more effective and efficient federal government.
In my experience I have found that government, even at the local level, is oftentimes far less efficient than the private sector. With that said, I have absolutely no doubt that government processes and decisions made at the local level are not only more efficient than decisions made at the federal level, but are also much more representative of the will of the people affected by those decisions.
I will vote for Ernst because I believe she will take a critical look at all federal government agencies, programs and functions and will consider whether or not the mission and purpose of the federal government is being advanced or if those agencies, programs and/or functions should be left to state or local government. Please vote for local decision making and efficient and effective governance.
