William A. Billings, 74, of Delhi, passed away at the Strawberry Point Lutheran Home on Sunday, March 5, 2017.
Those left to cherish his memory include his wife of nearly 50 years, Marge Billings of Delhi; his six children, Becky (Dan) Offerman of Earlville, Kris (Ron) Becker of Manchester, Jason (Jennifer) Billings of Lancaster, Wis., Jared Billings of Delhi, Cindy (John) Hanenburg of Park View, and Justin (Marie) Billings of Marion; 18 grandchildren; and three siblings, Lydia Ellefson of Oxford Junction, Wanita Beam of Kansas City, Mo., and Bruce (Emily) Billings of Delhi.

Mass of Resurrection: 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, March 8, at St. John Catholic Church in Delhi, with the Rev. John Kremer officiating. Visitation: 3 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, March 7, at St. John Catholic Church in Delhi, where there will be a 3 p.m. Scripture service. There will be no visitation before the Mass on Wednesday. Interment with military rites: Evergreen Cemetery, Delhi.
