Another CR Wal-Mart not needed

In regard to a proposed Wal-Mart at Mount Vernon Road and East Post Road SE, we don't need another.
What is really needed, if anything does go in at this location, are some restaurants for this side of town. Why do all the restaurants need to be clustered along Collins Road anyway? There are already too many there, as it is already over saturated.
It's a joke any time you want to go out and eat because that is where most of your options are. Nowhere on the SE side of town are there any nice places to go other than the Lighthouse, where we occasionally do go, and the food has always been great.
With the large number of people residing on this side of town, as well as its outskirts, it would be handy for us not to have to drive toward Collins Road to get something to eat. It would also help alleviate some of the congestion that constantly bottlenecks that 2-mile stretch of restaurant row that we all fight daily.
A Panera, Bandanas or family-style establishment would be a few of my suggestions, as well as many other possibilities that we all would appreciate.
