Glenys Mazie Mally, 75, died Sunday, Aug. 3, 2014, at her home, following an extended illness. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 6, at the Goettsch Funeral Home, Anamosa, where friends may register after
1 p.m. Interment will be in the Holy Cross Cemetery. Father Wayne Droesler will officiate at the
services.

Surviving are five children, Thomas Mally, Anamosa, Theresa (David) Morphew, Woodstock, Ill., Katherine (Richard) Barta, Atkins, Steven Mally, Monument, Colo., and Jeffrey Mally, Muscatine; and a sister, Eleanor Spicer, Marion.
She was preceded in death by her parents and infant daughter, Diana.
Glenys was born Oct.
6, 1938, at Cedar Rapids,
Iowa. She was the daughter of Louis and Elsie May Joslin Walsh. She graduated from the San Pedro High School in San Pedro, Calif., in 1957. She was employed at Wilson Foods in Cedar Rapids, retiring in 1983.
Mazie had belonged to St. Jude's Catholic Church in Cedar Rapids where she was a member of the Alter and Rosary Society. She also belonged to National Catholic Society of Foresters.
