Rippel, Regina Mae Hanneman
Regina Mae Hanneman Rippel, 83, died Friday, Dec. 27, 2013, at Windsor Manor in Vinton. Funeral Services will be 11 a.m. Thursday, Jan. 2, at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Vinton, with Father Ardel Barta officiating. Friends may register at the church from 9 a.m. until service time.
A memorial fund has been established.
She is survived by her sons, Alan (Alice) Rippel of Ames, Steve (Lois) Rippel of Mount Auburn and Douglas (Veronica) Rippel of Corpus Christi, Texas; her daughter, Cynthia (Steve) Hilkert of Mooresville, N.C.; five grandchildren, Stephanie Hilkert, Madison and Matthew Rippel, Bill and Sam McDuffee; four great-grandchildren, Cora, Sophia, Baxter and Nadia McDuffee; her brothers, Dr. Ronald Hanneman (Joanne) of Coralville and Dr. Donald (Linda) Hanneman of Janesville, Wis.; her sister-in-law, Evelyn Hanneman of Vinton; and many neices and nephews.
In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by her brother, Edward Hanneman, and her nephew, Mark Hanneman.
