Connie Sue Naylor, 66, of Wellman, formerly of Lamoni, passed away Saturday, April 4, 2015, at her home.
Connie was born May 17, 1948. She married her best friend, John "Perry" Naylor, on Aug. 23, 1968, in Osceola, Iowa.
Connie was preceded in death by her parents, Everett and Helene Vanderflute; husband, Perry John Naylor; sisters, Sharon Wingman and Judy Carolan; and brothers, Larry and Jerry Vanderflute.
She is survived by her two children, John Naylor and wife Mary of North Liberty and Wendi White and husband Victor of Bay Minette, Ala.; six grandchildren, Cody, Zachary and Gage of Alabama and Ali, Bella and Jack; stepchildren, Jaxson, Rebecca and Corey of Wellman; and one sister, Carol Thomason of Mangham, La.
Connie loved flowers, her grandchildren and enjoyed working with the elderly. She will be missed by all who knew her.
A gathering for her family and friends will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, April 8, at Connie's home.
