Recker, Mary Lee
Mary Lee Recker, 83, of rural Arlington, died Jan. 1, 2014, at Banner-Boswell Medical Center in Sun City, Ariz. Mass of Christian Burial: 11 a.m. Friday, Jan. 10, at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Oelwein. Visitation: 3 to 8 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 9, at Jamison-Schmitz Funeral Home, Oelwein, where there will be a parish Scripture service at 7:30 p.m. Thursday. Interment: Woodlawn Cemetery, Oelwein.
Memorial Fund: Oelwein Dollars for Scholars or the Arlington Community Project Fund.

Mary Lee is survived by her three daughters, Vicki Recker of Arlington, Debbie (Jeri) Watson of Arlington and
Lynn (John) Plote of Mesquite, Texas; two sons, Loran (Mary) Recker of Charles City and Mike (Donise) Recker of Oelwein; 16 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; and a brother, Donald (Barbara) Robinson of Dubuque.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Carl, on Dec. 21, 2010; and a son, Richard Allen Recker.
