Milton Ashline, 86, of Waterloo, formerly of Littleport and Oelwein, died Sunday, Oct. 21, 2012. Services: 10:30 a.m. Thursday at Zion Evangelical Lutheran Church, Waterloo, with 2 p.m. graveside service at Floral Hills Memorial Gardens, Oelwein. Military rites by Oelwein American Legion Ross Reid Post #9. Visitation: 4 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at Locke Funeral Home, Waterloo; (319) 233-6138; and one hour before services Thursday at the church.
