Jerry Lynn Cunningham, 47, of Cedar Rapids, formerly of Vinton, died Friday, April 11, 2014, at St. Luke's Hospital in Cedar Rapids, following an extended illness. A memorial service will be held at 6:30 p.m. Thursday, April 17, at Phillips Funeral Home Chapel, 212 E. Sixth St., Vinton. The family will receive friends from 4 to 6 p.m. Thursday at the
funeral home.
A memorial fund has been established.
