Kathleen R. Bente, 91, of Elkader, died Sunday, Jan. 14, 2018, at the Strawberry Point Lutheran Home. Funeral service: 11 a.m. Thursday, Jan. 18, at Peace United Church of Christ in Elkader with the Rev. Jon Haack officiating. Visitation: 3 to 6 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 17, and after 10 a.m. Thursday all at the church. Interment: East Side Cemetery, Elkader. Leonard-Grau Funeral Home & Cremation Service of Elkader is assisting the family with arrangements.
