Edna L. Kuper, 89, of Oelwein, died Sunday morning, Feb. 14, 2016, at Grandview Healthcare Center in Oelwein. Funeral service: 10:30 a.m. Thursday, Feb. 18, at Zion Lutheran Church in Oelwein. Visitation: 4 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at Jamison-Schmitz Funeral Home in Oelwein and after 9:30 a.m. Thursday at the church. Interment: Floral Hills Memorial Gardens, rural Oelwein.
