Keith W. Kobliska, 87, of Elkader, passed away Sunday, Feb. 10, 2019, at St. Luke's Hospital in Cedar Rapids.
Mass of Resurrection: 10:30 a.m. Thursday at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Elkader with the Rev. John Haugen and the Rev. Paul Peters concelebrants. Visitation: 8:30 a.m. until Mass on Thursday at the church.
