Baker, Cynthia Ann
Cynthia Ann Baker, 42, of Wilton, died at her home this last week. A gathering of family and friends will take place from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Monday at Gay & Ciha Funeral and Cremation Service in Iowa City. Graveside services will then be held at 1 p.m. Monday at the West Liberty Cemetery.
Cynthia Ann Burkett was born Dec. 19, 1967, in Iowa City, the son of William M. Burkett and Ocelia Faye (Rabon) Burkett.
Her family includes two children, Melissa Baker and her fiance, Saul Zemke, of Clinton and James Morrison of Wilton; her mother and stepfather, Faye and Roger Holtman of Dunlap, Mo.; her father, William Burkett of Coralville; and brothers, John W. Burkett of Coralville, Wayne Burkett of Muscatine, Russell “Jay” Burkett of Coralville, Brian Burkett (Freedom) of Mount Vernon, Michael Holtman of Coralville and Todd Holtman of London, England.
She was preceded in death by three infant children, Danielle, Joshua and Jeffrey; and an infant brother, Roger.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been established.
