Marjorie McChristy, 70, died Wednesday, Sept. 21, 2016, at Northbrook Manor Care Center.
Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Monday, Sept. 26, at Goettsch Funeral Home, Monticello, where friends may call after 10 a.m. The Rev. Dr. T. Edwards Breed will officiate at the service. Interment will be in Oakwood Cemetery, Monticello.

Surviving are a brother, Don (Bernadine) McChristy of Iowa City; a sister-in-law, Mary Ann McChristy of Anamosa; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents and two brothers, Wilbur and Gerald.
Marjorie Ann McChristy was born Oct. 3, 1945, at John McDonald Hospital, Monticello, the daughter of Marcus and Anna Egger McChristy. Marjorie graduated from Monticello Community Schools in 1963. She was employed at Rockwell Collins in Cedar Rapids for 35 years.
Marjorie volunteered at Paramount Theatre and with the Meals on Wheels program and American Cancer Society.
