WILLIAM "BILL" DOE

William "Bill" Doe, 63, of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, passed away Tuesday, Feb. 27, 2018, at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics, Iowa City, Iowa. Private family burial will be at Linwood Cemetery, Cedar Rapids. Arrangements by Murdoch-Linwood Funeral Home & Cremation Service, Cedar Rapids.
Bill was born Sept. 12, 1954, in Cedar Rapids, the son of Clifford and Joan (Arnold) Doe. He married Angela Rae Johnson. Bill was a local real estate agent and a very hard worker. He was very intelligent and loved the challenge of fixing things. He was a devoted father to his children.
Bill is survived by his wife, Angela Doe; children, Michael Doe, Melissa Schmidt, Sara Doe and Christina (Ryan) Bailey; mother, Joan Doe, all of Cedar Rapids; 10 grandchildren; sister, Susan Schultz of Arizona; and two nephews.
He was preceded in death by his father, Clifford; and beloved dog, Chico.
