Charles Raymond "Chuck" Cunningham, 62, of Cedar Rapids, formerly of Troy Mills, passed away at his home on Friday, Oct. 2, 2015.
Chuck was born in Independence, Iowa, on Oct. 31, 1952, the son of Hubert and Violet Lucile Cunningham. He graduated from Troy Mills High School in 1970.
Chuck previously worked at Midcontinent Bottlers, Iowa Ham, A-1 Disposal and Fourth Avenue Vacuum. He had been disabled for several years. He attended Central Assembly of God Church and was a member of the Chosen Few Motorcycle Club.
He is survived by his sisters, Faith Lee of Iowa City, Virginia Staton of Walker, Shirley Greaves of Burlington and Lois Greaves of LeMars; an uncle, Ernest Zimpfer of Walker; an aunt, Arlene Sanford of Mansfield, Ohio; and a special niece, Beth Perkins of Walker.
Services will be 10 a.m. Monday, Oct. 5, at Central Assembly of God Church in Cedar Rapids. Burial of cremains will be at Circle Grove Cemetery, rural Walker.
There were many special people whose life Chuck touched. He was a kind man with a big heart who loved riding his Harley.
