North Cedar girls’ golf photos

The North Cedar girls' golf team wrapped up its regular season on Tuesday.
Here are some photos from a match at Tipton on May 4.
North Cedar senior Madison Cornelius is in mid-swing, getting ready to hit the ball. Cornelius has been the medalist at two meets this season. She was medalist at Bellevue with a 45 and at home against Cascade with a 45. Cornelius also placed fifth at Wahkonsa in Durant with a 99. (North Cedar yearbook staff)
North Cedar junior Rachel Hart gets ready to putt her ball on the green. This is Hart's first year on the team and she has done very well. She hasn't been a medalist, but has helped contribute to the team's three wins this season. (North Cedar yearbook staff)
Taylor Tenley, a senior at North Cedar, follows through on her swing after hitting the ball. This is Tenley's second year on the team and she has shown a lot of improvement since the beginning of the season. Her personal best so far this year was a 56 at the meet against Northeast where the Knights won their third meet as a team. (North Cedar yearbook staff)
Carly Meier, a freshman at North Cedar, tees off on hole No. 3 at Tipton. This is Meier's first year on the golf team and she is one of the six varsity golfers. Her personal best was a 55 at a meet at Bellevue. Meier has shown great improvement, and is a great addition to the team. (North Cedar yearbook staff)
North Cedar junior Lydia Esbaum hits her ball in the fairway at the meet in Tipton last Friday. Esbaum has had a great season so far this year. At the Knights' first meet at Valley Oaks against Camanche, Esbaum was the medalist with a 47. She has continued to do very well, and has shown great improvement. (North Cedar yearbook staff)
