Man sentenced to prison for 200 pounds of marijuana
A Cedar Rapids man is sentenced to more than nine years in federal prison for having more than 200 pounds of Marijuana.
Authorities say Shane Latta, 30, received the prison term after a guilty plea to one count of conspiracy to distribute and possess with intent to distribute.
Latta was sentenced to 110 months in prison and a $200 fine. He must also serve eight years of supervised release after the prison time.
