Jack, Phyllis
Phyllis Jack, 77, of Victor, died Oct. 14, 2009, at the Grinnell Regional Medical Center. A graveside service and burial will be 11 a.m. Friday at Victor Memorial Cemetery. Visitation will be from noon to 8 p.m. today at Smith Funeral Home in Victor, where the family will be present from 4 to 8 p.m.
Survivors include four children, Terry (Vicki) Jack of Williamsburg, Diane (Dan) Stowell of Victor, Lonnie (Donna) Jack of Victor and Dana (Dean Rickels) Vogt of Marengo; one sister, Nancy (Laverne) Weisskopf of Ladora; 14 grandchildren; and 21 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; and one son, Randy Jack.
