Douglas "Bug" Wullner, 48, of Cedar Rapids, died Friday, Jan. 24, 2014, after an ongoing illness at St. Luke's Hospital. Services: 1:30 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 29, at Murdoch-Linwood
Funeral Home & Cremation Service, Cedar Rapids, conducted by the Rev. Edwin Moreano. Reception will follow at 4 p.m. at the IBEW Hall, 1211 Wiley Blvd. SW, Cedar Rapids.
Survivors include his wife, Donna Wullner; children, Raelene (Sean) Cordero and Fred (Ashley) Tobin; stepson, Ryan Tobin; siblings, Kevin
(Elizabeth) Wullner,
Terri (Kevin) Schissel, Mike Wullner and Laurie (Beau) Smith; dad, Ron Karr; granddaughter, Breanna Tobin and six
other grandchildren; goddaughter, Natasha Swallom; niece, Stephanie Hinton; nine nephews; several great-nieces and great-nephews; and numerous friends that are family.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Barbara Karr (Varner); father, Robert Wullner; and brother, Steve Karr.
Doug was born Jan. 24, 1966, in Iowa City. He married Donna Rae Campbell on June 10, 1994. Doug
enjoyed disc golfing.
Spending time with family and friends was most important to him.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been established.
