Fink, Roger R.
Roger R. Fink, 77, of Cedar Rapids, died at the Dennis and Donna Oldorf Hospice House of Mercy Saturday, June 25, 2011. Memorial Services: 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at St. Matthew Catholic Church by the Rev. David Beckman. Inurnment: Cedar Memorial Park Cemetery. The family will receive visitors at the church one hour before the service. Cedar Memorial Park Funeral Home is entrusted with arrangements.
Survivors include his wife of 52 years, Kathryn; children, Kayla (Todd) Davis of Cedar Rapids, and Susan Smith of Milwaukee, Wis.; brother, Robert (Donna Jean) Fink of La Mirada, Calif.; sister, Donna Mae Ham of Long Beach, Calif.; and one grandson, Joshua Smith.
Roger was born Feb. 21, 1934, in Racine, Minn., to Ray and Marjorie Fink. Roger married Kathryn Keenan on Nov. 28, 1959, in Waterloo. He was employed by John Deere for many years, retiring in 1993. He was a member of St. Matthew Catholic Church and the Knights of Columbus.
