Justin L. Wisner, 42, of Belle Plaine, passed away Monday, April 23, 2018. Visitation is from 4 to 6 p.m. Friday, May 4, at Hrabak-Neuhaus Funeral Service in Belle Plaine. Burial will take place at Koszta Cemetery at a later date.

He is survived by his parents, Karen and Sydney LaGrange of Amana; children, Marshall Mundt of Traer and Jerzi Wisner (JoAnn Tamayo) of Cedar Rapids; brother, Austin Vermance of Kansas; sister, Calista (Jeremy) Slaton of Cedar Rapids; special aunt, Georgette DeJoode of Belle Plaine; uncles, Larry Wisner of Belle Plaine and Jerry Wisner of Marengo; aunt, Linda Driscoll of Nebraska; great-aunts, Ruth Ann Kaufman of Belle Plaine, Shirley Wilfong of Chelsea and Evelyn Dorman of Iowa City; and special friend, Sandi Kissinger of Iowa City.
Justin was preceded in death by his grandparents, George and Madeline Wisner.
Justin was a smooth talker and could sell about anything. He enjoyed horses, riding his Harley motorcycle, seeing the ocean and playing guitar. He was a caring person with a gypsy soul.
