Robert J. Cruz Robbins, 27, of Manchester, died Friday, March 20, 2015. Funeral services will be 1 p.m. Tuesday, March 24, at Bohnenkamp-Murdoch Funeral Home & Cremation Service, Manchester. Family will greet friends before the service from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery, Earlville.
Robert was born Feb. 5, 1988, in Manchester, the son of Luanne Rae Robbins. He was a 2006 graduate of West Delaware High School.
Robert will be remembered as a fun-loving father who loved and adored his children, a joker, and who loved spending time with his family and friends.
He enjoyed the outdoors, having everyone together at barbeques or bonfires, loved to dance and his crazy cars. He was a fan of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles and W.W.E. Tap Out wrestling. He was a great friend who others could count on.
Surviving are his children, Travyn Cruz Robbins, Kaidyn Cruz Robbins and Aliyah Cruzlee Robbins; his mother, Luanne Ventura of Manchester; his sisters, Chrystal Hernandez of Manchester and Tiffany Robbins; his grandfather, Gene Robbins; many aunts, uncles and cousins; a special friend, Kayla Robertson; mothers of his children, Amber Brown and Sara Cook; and his dog, Cain Cruz.
Robert was preceded in death by his grandmother, Sandra Robbins; and friend, Junior "Bug."
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the family.
