Duggan, Lawrence W.
Lawrence W. Duggan, 91, of Waterloo, died Thursday, Oct. 3, 2013, in Waterloo, Iowa.
Larry is survived by his wife; two sons, Daniel L. (Barb) Duggan of Waterloo and Kevin J. (Mary Ann) Duggan of Cedar Rapids; two daughters, Peggy (Mike) LaCoste and Barb Cannon; grandchildren, Bryan Duggan and Erin (Bob) Brown, Casey Duggan, Molly (Dan) Rosteck and Brennan Duggan, Sean (Nicole) LaCoste and Shane LaCoste and Haley, John and Bridget Cannon; and eight great-grandchildren.
Services will be 10:30 a.m. Monday at St. Edward's Catholic Church, Waterloo, with burial in Mount Olivet Cemetery, where full military rites will be conducted by Waterloo AMVETS Post 19, Evansdale AMVETS Post 31 and the U.S. Navy Honor Guard. Public visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Sunday at Hagarty-Waychoff-Grarup Funeral Service on West Ridgeway in Waterloo, where there will be a 4 p.m. Knights of Columbus rosary and a 7 p.m. vigil service. Visitation will continue at the church for an hour before services on Monday.
Memorials may be made to St. Edward's Catholic Church or the Waterloo Catholic Worker House.
