Kuehl, Iowa Cecilia 'Olie'

Iola Cecilia “Olie” Kuehl, 90, formerly of Elkader, passed away Thursday, Feb. 4, 2010, at home in St. Robert, Mo. A memorial service celebrating her life will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, July 10, at Hope Lutheran Church, 32513 Dinan Rd., rural Elkader. Inurnment will be held at Mount Harmony Cemetery, rural Garber. Arrangements are under the direction of Memorial Chapels and Crematory of Waynesville/St. Robert, Mo.

Mrs. Kuehl is survived by her daughters, Lola (David) Herman of West Bloomfield, Mo., and Kim (Aaron) Stoltz of St. Robert, Mo.; three grandchildren, Jason (Jade) Hunt of Johnston, Iowa, Jamie Hunt of Fort Worth, Texas and Tyler (Christie Barcelos) Boone of Sunderland, Mass.; one great-grandchild, Clay Barcelos; five sisters-in-law; two brothers-in-law; and many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to Hope Lutheran Church, Littleport, Iowa; The Immanuel Preservation Society, Elkport, Iowa; or Phelps County Regional Medical Center Hospital Foundation for Hospice, Rolla, Mo.
