Renae L. Hunt, 47, passed from her mom and dad's loving arms into her grandfather and grandmother's loving arms at Mercy Medical Center on Thursday, March 5, 2015. Services: 2:30 p.m. Monday, March 9, at Murdoch-Linwood Funeral Home & Cremation Service. The family will greet friends one hour before the service at the funeral home.
Renae Leann Hunt was born Sept. 5, 1967, in Cedar Rapids, Iowa.
She is survived by her parents, Paul and Cathy Groth; her siblings, Ron (Kelly) Hunt of Cedar Rapids, Lisa Cluver of Neillsville, Wis., Kevin (Nicole) Groth of West Salem, Wis., and Bridget (Eric) Crock of Cedar Rapids; and many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins, who were all very special to Renae.
She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Clarence and Faye Brandon and Janice Ruth Hunt.
Renae has touched so many lives through her disability and she has received so much love in return. As a family, we want to reach out to each and every one who has been a part of her life and bless you as she has been blessed.
In lieu of flowers, memorials in Renae's memory will be distributed to children with special needs.
