Ethical action needed for festival vendors

How refreshing it would be to see and hear all people who were involved with the New Bo Evolve to take ethical action. 'We are sorry. We made a mistake. Please forgive us. We will do all in our power to refund moneys.”
Then, set up an account with a respected organization and every person involved contribute something to this account. And, keep it growing until you repay the people owed money.
