Ronald A. "Ron" Jennings, 78, of North Liberty, died Tuesday, Feb. 21, 2017. No visitation or services will be held at this time. Private burial will be in Memory Gardens Cemetery in Iowa City. Lensing Funeral Service in Iowa City is handling arrangements.
In lieu of flowers and plants, memorials may be directed to Iowa City Hospice, National Wildlife Foundation or a charity of one's choice.
Ron is survived by his wife, Ann; son, Jeffrey Jennings (Pamela) of Marion; daughter, Denise (Brian Pogue) Jennings of Iowa City; stepdaughter, Colleen Hohman (Timothy) of Elmhurst, Ill.; stepson, Michael Rohan (Pamela) of Cypress, Texas; grandchildren, Daniel, Matthew, Nicholas, Michael, David and Michelle; stepgrandchildren, Alyssa, Alexis, Katelyn, August, Ashley and Drew; a brother, Charles Jennings (Marilyn) of Iowa City; sister, Connie Herring (Ralph) of Sioux Falls, S.D.; and a sister-in-law, Lola Jennings of East Moline, Ill.
