Bobbie Jean (Pierce) Page, 85, of Marion, died Saturday, April 25, 2015. There will be a private family service at a later date.
Bobbie was born April 16, 1930, in Somerset, Ky., to Mr. and Mrs. Frank Taylor. She married E.J. Pierce Jr. He later died in 1978. Bobbie worked as a secretary, was a homemaker and belonged to Bee Ridge Baptist Church in Sarasota, Fla.
She is survived by her children, Vicki K. (Tom) Wallace of Washington, Jill Bachner and Earl James "Jay" (Hazel) Pierce III of Cedar Rapids; grandchildren, Jennifer (Darrin) O'Brien, Earl James "Jake" (Amber) Pierce IV, Kelly (Steve) Aldrich and Cain L. Christiansen; and numerous great-grandchildren.
Bobbie was preceded in death by her parents; her son, Jeffrey R. Pierce; and her husband, both in 1978.
Bobbie enjoyed fishing, crafting, shopping thrift stores and riding horses when she was young.
