LILA WEIHRAUCH

Lila Elizabeth Weihrauch, 94, passed away March 19, 2017.
She was born Dec. 6, 1922, in Akron, Ohio, to Earl and Bessie Taylor. Lila was married to George Weihrauch on Sept. 5, 1947. She attended Eastern Nazarene College and First Baptist Church/Church of the Brethren in Cedar Rapids. She worked for Ohio Match Co.,
J.C. Penney, and most recently, Arby's, where she was the lobby lady.
Lila was preceded in death by her husband, George, and sister, Ardis Greer.
Surviving are her daughters, Geraldine Weihrauch of Wadsworth, Ohio, and Dianne Weihrauch of Marion; and a son, Dale (Pat) of the Philippines.
Memorial services will be at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday, March 28, at First Baptist Church/Church of the Brethren (aka Church on Northland), 5200 Northland Ave. NE, Cedar Rapids, by Pastor Jerry Bertelson. Visitation will be at 5:30 p.m. Tuesday at the church. Graveside services will be at 2 p.m. Friday, March 31, at Woodlawn Cemetery, 200 College St., Wadsworth, Ohio.
