Pigman Update

From Pigman Race Director John Snitko:

Just wanted to give you a quick update on the flooding in the city of Palo and how it relates to the Pigman Sprint Triathlon this weekend.

I just got off the phone with the city of Palo. While we cannot predict how much additional rain will happen before the race, it looks as though everything will be fine for the 22

^nd

Annual Pigman Sprint Triathlon. There should be no flood waters over any part of our course or on the roads leading into Pleasant Creek Recreation Area.

This year our bike course will not enter into the downtown area of Palo so that our race we will not cause extra work for the city. Instead we will turn-around at Blairs Ferry Road. Our second or normal bike turn-around will be a bit further out than in the past. These are the only changes we see happening this year.
