Carolyn Ann Moore, 59, died April 26, 2016. Funeral services: 2:30 p.m. May 7 at St. Mark's United Methodist Church, 4700 Johnson Ave. NW, Cedar Rapids, followed by a lunch.
Surviving are her parents, Frank Moore and Maggie Lewis; three sons, Anthony Moore, Demetrius Moore and Jerrell Moore; a brother, Gentry Moore; a sister, Janet Lamb; and nine grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by a brother, Ronald Moore; and two sisters, Sharrine Moore and Carmen J. Moore.
Carolyn was formerly from Chicago, where she attended George Washington Carver High School. She enjoyed cooking, the holidays and bingo.
