Stone, Jerry Campbell
Jerry Campbell Stone, 69, of Tama, passed away Thursday, July 7, 2011, at Sunny Hill Care Center in Tama. Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Saturday, July 9, at Kruse-Phillips Funeral Home in Tama. Interment will follow at Oak Hill Cemetery, Tama. Visitation will be from 10 a.m. until service time Saturday at the funeral home.
Jerry was born Nov. 7, 1941, in Independence, Mo., the son of Clyde Winfield and Olive (Campbell) Stone. He graduated from Tama High School in 1959. He previously worked at Ben Franklin, King Tower and had a contracting business in Tama.
Preceding him in death were his parents.
Survivors include distant cousins and friends.
