Donchez, Teresa M.
Teresa M. Donchez, 96, of Iowa City, formerly of Bethlehem, Pa., died Monday, Dec. 24, 2012, at Crestview Nursing and Rehab Center in West Branch after a short illness. A Funeral Mass will be held at noon Friday, Dec. 28, at St. Patrick's Catholic Church in Iowa City, with the Very Rev. Rudolph Juarez officiating. Burial will be in Holy Saviour Cemetery, Bethlehem, Pa.
Survivors include a daughter, Lorraine Stauffer and her husband, George, and their children, Kristen Maria Stauffer and Christopher Michael Stauffer, all of Iowa City.
Teresa was preceded in death by her husband, Frank in 2004.
Memorials may be directed to St. Patrick's Church.
