Council Bluffs
Linda K. Parbs, 72, of Council Bluffs, formerly of Urbana, passed away Sunday, Nov. 18, 2018, at Jennie Edmundson Hospital.
Linda as born on March 20, 1946, in Omaha, Neb., to the late Lloyd and Helen (Draeger) Rosenbaum. Linda married Everett Parbs on Sept, 1, 1962. Linda worked as a lock-box clerk for First National Bank, Council Bluffs.
Linda was preceded in death by a daughter, Robin Parbs, in 1987; sisters; brothers; and niece, Maria Parbs.
Lina is survived by her husband, Everett of Council Bluffs; daughters, Shelly Parbs of Council Bluffs, Lisa and Jeff Halbert of Algonquin, Ill., and Charity and Mike Michelson of Council Bluffs; three grandchildren, Kambree, Joshua and Angelina; nieces, nephews and other relatives.
A Celebration of Life visitation and luncheon were held at Cutler-O'Neill-Meyer-Woodring Funeral Home. Cremation followed.
