Brockhohn, Irene Johanna
Irene Johanna Brockhohn passed away peacefully at her home in Ann Arbor, Mich., on August 7th, 2009.
Irene was born in Jones County on Jan. 15th, 1920. She was the Daughter of Herman and Minnie (Kray) Brockhohn. She moved to Ann Arbor in 1940.
Irene is survived by a brother, Lawrence M. Brockhohn, Monticello; sisters-in-law Arva Brockhohn, Springville, Betty White and Maria Brockhohn, both of Cedar Rapids; several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; a sister Berdina Darrow; and four brothers, Louis, Clarence, Alvin and Ernest.
There will be a private family service at a later date.
